RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is a sales and service role. You talk on the phone, text, email, and speak face to face, so if the thought makes you cringe, this job isn't for you.
- While this is a sales-focused position, our conversations are NEEDS-BASED. We're not just talking to customers about products they do not need or overselling. We take the time to understand our customers individually, and based on those conversations, we find solutions that fit their needs and concerns. Everyone needs insurance, and it's not one size fits all.

- Insurance experience is not required.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Must be coachable.
- Must be willing to become licensed.
Hourly + commission, PTO, Monday- Friday, licensed & training reimbursement. No weekends!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer, outgoing
- Property & Casualty license - must need to be completed within 30 days
- Attention to detail
- Must be willing to collaborate closely with a team and take direction
- Proficient computer skills- Windows, Word, Excel, Canva, and Salesforce
