RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and market relevant products.
- This is a sales and service role. You will talk on the phone, text, email, and speak face to face, so if the thought makes you cringe, this job isn't for you.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Experience in customer service required
- Experience in managing customer service preferred
- Experience in sales preferred
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work in and a team environment
- Experience in Windows computer applications, Salesforce, CRM system
- Coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License within 30 days
- Able to obtain a Life and Health License within 60 days
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
